Patient Criteria
Actively addicted to Heroin, Fentanyl or Prescription Opioids
Working Device to communicate (must be able to be seen and heard) during telehealth appointments [i.e. laptop, smartphone,tablet]
Motivation, Stability, and Desire to participate in and attend all appointments
Adherence to the rules of the program [i.e. respect for all, confidentiality, accountability]
